Christmas Choir

 I'm doin' awesome.

The ward here is awesome!! There are 4 missionaries here in the ward. We have found so many new investigators. We also set 2 baptismal dates.

It's still warm here. It gets cold in the night a lot, but I'm staying warm.  We don’t have a heater in our house but we're gonna get one soon, I think.

So were gonna sing in a choir here in a place called El Paso del Norte, Juarez.
This is the place where we are going to sing.

It's gonna be so big and we know what we're doing.  It's soooo coool!!!  There's gonna be like more than a thousand people there.  Also, we're gonna watch some videos.  Maybe you have seen one on lds.org.  It's the new video in Spanish.  It's called "El es la Dadiva".  In English idk what it is - like "He Is the Gift".  And we're gonna watch "Because of Him".  This will be the 12th of December.  SOOO EXCITED!!! So that's a little bit of what’s going on here.  Were singing, all of us missionaries, like 100 companionships, haha. But yea, I love you!!

  1. Dear Gabe, We are excited for your success. That sounds wonderful that you will share the Christmas spirit through song with other missionaries. Our mission just had two missionary firesides where the musical talents of our missionaries were on display. They did such a wonderful job in preparing and presenting the music along with their testimonies. They had one fireside in the Logan Tabernacle and the second one in the newly remodeled Ogden Tabernacle. Both venues were packed to the brim with people and the spirit of the Lord.
We pray for you every day and hope you will have a wonderful Christmas season sharing "The Gift" We are using the video often. Ruth has it on her tablet and we also purchased a blue tooth speaker so people can hear more clearly. It is a great presentation and we have some wonderful discussions about how each of us can share that gift of the Savior.
Best wishes for a wonderful Christmas. Know you are always in our prayers.
Love, George and Ruth or Elder and Sister Castleton
